These Terms apply to all services we offer, including:

• 1:1 coaching sessions and packages
• Group coaching programmes
• Workshops and retreats (online and in-person)

2. Services & What Is Included

We offer spiritual guidance and personal development services. The specific content, duration, and deliverables of each offer are described on the relevant booking or sales page. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood what is included.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our services do not include:

• Medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment
• Legal or financial advice
• Guaranteed specific outcomes or results

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed on the relevant pages of this website. Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed. If you choose an instalment plan, you commit to completing all payments regardless of whether you complete the programme. We reserve the right to suspend access if a payment is missed.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

Refund Policy

• 1:1 sessions — Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session are fully refunded. Within 48 hours, no refund is given, but one reschedule may be offered.
• 1:1 coaching trajectories (packages) — A full refund is available if you cancel before the first session takes place. Once the trajectory has started, no refund is given for the remaining sessions, as the programme is considered commenced.
• Group programmes — A full refund is available if you cancel before attending any session. Once you have attended one or more sessions, no refund is given. Please note: under consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, if you have explicitly requested access and attended a session within that period, you waive the right to a full refund for the portion already consumed.
• Workshops & retreats — Full refund up to 30 days before the event; 50% refund between 14–30 days; no refund within 14 days of the event.
• Digital products & recordings — No refunds once access has been granted, due to the nature of digital content.

If we cancel or significantly change a scheduled event, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Liability, Waivers & Disclaimers

Health Disclaimer

By participating in our services, you confirm that you are in suitable health and that participation is right for you at this time. We advise you to consult a qualified medical professional before joining any coaching, breathwork, movement, or retreat programme — especially if you have a pre-existing physical or mental health condition.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Results Disclaimer

Results vary depending on individual commitment, effort, and personal circumstances. Testimonials shared on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the same outcomes for every participant.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in our services, including personal injury, emotional distress, or financial loss.

Photography & Video

During workshops, retreats, and group sessions, photos or video may be taken for use on our website and social media. By participating, you grant us this permission unless you inform us in writing beforehand that you wish to be excluded.

5. Code of Conduct & Participation

We are committed to providing a safe and supportive space for everyone. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
• Arrive on time and communicate any absence in advance
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written permission
• Keep your mobile phone on silent during sessions
• Take responsibility for your own experience and participate at your own pace

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or programme without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content we provide — including course materials, guided meditations, videos, workbooks, and session recordings — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright.

You may use this content for personal development only.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce content without our prior written permission
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Publish or distribute recordings of any sessions, including live group calls

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. By using our services and website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on this website.

• We collect only the information needed to deliver our services
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• Sessions are only recorded at your prior knowledge or your explicit consent
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us

8. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your participation in line with the refund policy in Section 3. To cancel, please contact us using the email address listed at the top of this page.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

If we need to cancel or significantly change a scheduled session or event, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Termination for Misconduct

We reserve the right to end a client relationship at any time if a participant engages in harmful, disruptive, or abusive behaviour. No refund will be given for sessions already delivered.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country listed in the business details at the top of this page. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can seek to resolve the matter amicably before any formal steps are taken.

10. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us in relation to our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; the most current version will always be published on this website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
